• Arrival and departure:

• Transfer organization: we can gladly assist in organizing your transfer to and from the island

• pick-up on arrival at Poros: Florian will meet you at the port of Poros, accompany you to your accommodation and transport your luggage.

• Helpful information: at check in, Florian will give you all necessary information on beaches, restaurants, activities as well as how to get around the island

• You will also find a file with useful information in the apartment

• We are always reachable by phone or email and can be at the property within 10 minutes after contact.

• At check-out we will bring your luggage to the port or store it for you until your boat departure

• Housekeeping:

• Complementary cleaning service, including change of linen and towels, every third day of your stay. 

• Cleaning tools, waste bin bags and recycle bags, toilette paper at your disposition.

• Additional cleaning service or change of linen and towels can be arranged for a fee.

• Upon demand we can deliver grocery to the house, organize baby-sitting, provide laundry and ironing service

• We gladly assist with car, bike, motorbike or boat rentals
